Wir waren wie Blumen auf den weiten Feldern Edens, in Tagen voller Hoffnung und Farben.
Licht war (existent) in jenen Zeiten, die heute so distant, heute schweigend, als schönes Bild, in Erzählungen und Sagen.
Und Neid schmückte den Garten jener die es nicht ertragen konnten, dass es uns so blühte, und die schönsten Blumen rissen sie heraus!

Und wir suchten nach den Blumen, nach der Hoffnung; doch nun ist es (hier) alles tot, und sonst ist alles leer, und alle sind sie fort ..

Ja sie haben uns vernichtet als der Mut der letzten Schwand; von Blutschuld und von Ehre getrieben - die Herzen der Schwachen sind leicht zu besiegen.

Bitter ist die Nacht und kalt, in der mir hier bewusst nun wird, dass ich wohl nun der letzte bin, dass mit mir wohl meine Heimat stirbt; (bleibe ich) als Spur - als Sklave - in einem fremden Beet ..
